On  Thursday 15th May, 2025 several topics trended on X ( formerly twitter) in Nigeria, reflecting a mix of Education, Sports events, Political discussions.

1. JAMB

After the public apology from Prof. Ish'aq Oloyede regarding the low score of some students in Lagos and South East, JAMB finally fixes another date for the affected students to rewrite  the exam.

2. Aisha Yesufu

On her X page she said that if Nigeria had a president, the Minister of Education would have left  the position after the public apology from JAMB  Registrar.

3. Dean Huijsen

Journalists round the world reporting on the imminent transfer of the 20 year old Bournemouth  defender to Real Madrid after both clubs reached agreement on how his £50m release clause will be paid.
